Poultry meat, MDM, high quality 3 mm MDM and skins add texture to sausage meat. They are used for emulsifying and stabilising sausage meat. They are used to bind the various constituents.
 
They can be used for a vast range of end products with different shapes, sizes, flavours and colours.
