The HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system is approved by the health authorities and guarantees that the key points in the process are monitored continuously.

All types of inspection are undertaken:

  • Reception inspection: temperature, visual appearance, etc
  • Bacteriological
  • Chemical: in-house and by external COFRAC certified laboratories
  • Analyses
  • On line detection of ferrous, stainless steel and non-ferrous foreign bodies in the end products
  • Pest control plan (rodent and insect extermination)
  • Foreign body and glass audits
  • Cleaning and disinfection inspections
